Recruitment

An integral part of our role in delivering business development and supply-chain solutions for clients across Europe, is to help clients to recruit the right international and supply-chain staff with the right skills and motivation.

The support we offer is bespoke, in order to meet our client’s specific requirements. This support includes the development of suitable specifications for the role in question, pay-level and incentive guidance, knowledge development and career progression, the sourcing of a pool of candidates for a client to select from, as well as participation in a final selection process. Given the specialist nature of the sector in which we operate, we offer a significant advantage over others. We fully understand not just the content of the qualifications and experience a candidate possess, but the resulting outcome, which we are well suited to testing in conversation in order to properly assess their true ability.

Recruitment Charge

As you would expect, we offer a very different charging system for our involvement in a complete recruitment process. Other than for pre-agreed expenses, we make no charge to our clients during the recruit’s probationary period, up to six months, unless the employee moves to an organisation associated with the client. Only upon completion of the probationary period do we charge a client for our services.

If an employee is recruited on a contract basis for a pre-set period of time, the delayed payment period does not apply.

We also offer a highly completive hourly rate charge, for simpler activities where the time required can be more easily defined. The delayed payment period does not apply to the hourly rate charge.
